Stayed at this property a few years ago, before they remodeled, and it was clean and comfortable, so chose to stay again. It was still clean and comfortable in the room, but there are some cosmetic and safety upgrades that could be beneficial.

The Airport Shuttle driver, Eileen, was very friendly. The front desk lady, Angelina, was very professional. The lady who took care of the breakfast service offered good variety. The housekeeping ladies stayed out of my room, because I asked them to. There was nothing to clean up. I only used one towel, one face cloth, and one "floor" towel the whole week I was there. I still tipped them to stay out of the room.

The room is clean, the staffs are nice, shuttle bus service is convenient. after I made the reservation, during the conversation, I received two phone numbers: one is 216-267-9634(this one is wrong), another one is 216-267-9364(this one is correct). That incorrect one should be correct or removed.

We had a first floor room with an accessible shower. There was a problem with an overflowing toilet which was taken care of immediately and was sanitized. We appreciated being able to leave our car for a week, and for the excellent, on time shuttle service. Eileen was pleasant and helpful. The desk clerks were also very helpful.

Breakfast was great. Staff was exceptional! Room was nice, needed a deep clean and a couple fix ups. Handicapped shower was the best I have ever had. Beds were too hard. But good overall!

The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport. Joe, the shuttle driver was great too!

The overtime guy (gage earrings, tats w/ beard) who was the nicest professional person I actually met in that building.
